By ColossusCloud's Team January 8, 2026

ServerAvatar fundamentals

ServerAvatar is a cloud-based management panel purpose-built for PHP applications with particular strength in WordPress hosting. After connecting to your VPS, it exposes dashboards for site deployment, database administration, SSL configuration, and routine server tasks.

The standout capability: ServerAvatar offers OpenLiteSpeed as a web server option, delivering measurably faster WordPress performance than traditional Nginx or Apache setups.

The OpenLiteSpeed advantage

Performance gains

OpenLiteSpeed provides excellent WordPress performance:

  • Built-in page caching (LSCache)
  • HTTP/3 and QUIC support
  • Lower resource usage than Apache
  • LiteSpeed Cache plugin compatibility

ServerAvatar makes OpenLiteSpeed setup painless.
